Food Safety Manager Recertification
The 星空无限传媒 Food Code requires that food service establishments have certified food safety staff during all hours of operation.
The Riverland Food Safety course satisfies 星空无限传媒’s certification requirements, and is accepted by more than 95% of other state and local jurisdictions.
Certification and Recertification are valid for three (3) years.
The recertification course provides four (4) hours of continuing education in:
- food safety and sanitation
- emerging trends in food preparation and handling sanitation
- prevention of foodborne illness
No textbook or exam required for recertification class.
