It's hard to believe that I have over twenty years of experience at Riverland Community College. Prior to my current position, I was a student at Riverland studying Computer Support. While in that program, I worked as a lab assistant on the Austin East Campus, where I maintained computer labs, troubleshooting problems, and assisted students, staff and faculty. A little over a year later I became a Technology Specialist I, a position I maintained for fourteen years mostly on the Albert Lea campus, before becoming a Technology Specialist II.
